Well, thanks anonymous for doing some research, while not really doing any research at all.
The Profile Pick Reward System has plenty of options, one being: "no payment on file avatars not allowed" The owner may choose to allow only 'payment on file' users to participate, OR allow everyone
Also wanted to let you know I am anti-bots, and would never support anything to do with bots.
This system prevents bots from scamming and gaming this system.
